Sounds like this launcher is going to be a PITA even when it is working for users with multiple accounts... If you run the repair tool, apparently it will fix your eve.exe (bypassing the launcher) and you can run that. However some people have been getting fatal errors when doing that too.

Reality is patches in EVE, something always breaks, that's why it's a rule to set a several day skill before every patch day - although I don't think anyone saw this launcher coming. We've had boot.ini, we've had countless number of game breaking bugs introduced from untested - or tested but not acted up on patches. Stuff like invisible ships, client crash after x amount of gate jumps. Then you have deadlines to fix them they say 18:00 you should bet on 22:00.
